TrendMedia

Method

To ensure the success of your technology project TrendMedia employees the following five-step methodology:

Understand > Architect > Design > Launch > Maintain and Extend

Understand

We start by gaining an understanding of your business goals, environment, competitive landscape, and marketing objectives. We ask questions like: How will your Internet initiatives complement traditional business practices? Are your trying to compete in existing or create new marketplaces? We identify your short and long-term goals, and then create a design and technology strategy that maps to your overall business objectives.

Architect

With an understanding of your needs, we outline creative, functional, and technical requirements for the solution. How will it be used? Who will use it? What are their needs, desires and concerns? What will it look like? We document these requirements and work with you to refine them. We agree on the scope and budget, then draft the project plan.

Design

With a blueprint of the solution in place, we begin iterative development of the user interface, interactivity, information and technical design. We guide you through the development of content and prepare supporting hardware and software. We create prototypes of the solution and incorporate your feedback. At the end of development, we run the site through our extensive Quality Assurance process.

Launch

Once the solution has been thoroughly tested and any outstanding issues resolved we are ready to launch the site. At this point we work with you to integrate the technology into your technical environment, or arrange hosting at TrendMedia or an Internet service provider of your choice.

Maintain and Extend

Once delivered, all sites and applications must be managed. TrendMedia will arrange the training to give your organization the skills necessary to support your site or application internally. Alternatively, we will create a service level agreement that meets your maintenance needs. Finally, we continue to work with you to integrate new ideas and identify ways to approach future generations of the solution.
